The Azerbaijan national team has completed its performance in the "Billie Jean King Cup" tennis tournament.
Idman.biz reports that our national team took 9th place in the Group III competitions held in Moldova.
Our tennis players, who finished the group stage in 3rd place, competed for 7th-9th places in the games. Our team, losing to Montenegro 0:2 and Andorra 1:2, finished the competition in 9th place.
It should be noted that our team won its only victory in the tournament over Albania in the group stage.
