French press has reviewed the subsequent careers of the players who helped Saint-Étienne climb to the top tier of the national championship in the 2023/2024 season. The survey also featured Senegalese striker Ibrahima Vadji, who currently plays for "Turan Tovuz".

İdman.Biz, citing French media, reports that Vadji, who played 486 minutes in Ligue 2 as part of Saint-Étienne's squad in the 2023/2024 season, later continued his career in Azerbaijan.
