"Qarabağ" footballers were among the best in the 2025-2026 UEFA Champions League season. Sport24.az, citing the club's press service, reports that according to UEFA's "FedEx Performance Zone" statistical report, released after the season concluded, the team's goalkeeper Mateusz Koczalski ranked 4th among goalkeepers with the most saves, having made 45 saves in the tournament.
The Polish goalkeeper was only behind Nikita Haikin, Thibaut Courtois, and Uğurcan Çakır.
Abdullah Zubir, on the other hand, emerged victorious 14 times in challenges in the opponent's third of the pitch. The French midfielder, who was only behind PSG star Vitinha, shared the 2nd place.
