A new appointment has been made in the Azerbaijan Handball Federation (AHF). This was reported by the federation.
Former head coach of the "Azeryol" handball team, Vidadi Aliyev, has been appointed coordinator of the AHF for the southern region. Under his leadership, work will be carried out to form new teams consisting of boys born in 2012–2013 in the Astara, Jalilabad, Lankaran, Lerik, Masalli and Yardimli regions.
It should be noted that V.Aliyev previously worked as the head coach of the national team, as well as the "Sports Academy" consisting of men.
