For the third consecutive year, the "Toronto Maple Leafs" have topped the list of the most valuable NHL teams by "Forbes" magazine.
Idman.Biz reports that the average value of the 32 National Hockey League clubs has increased by 15% compared to last year, reaching $2.2 billion.
Forbes' NHL team valuation is based on enterprise value (EV) — equity plus net debt — and reflects the economics of each arena, including non-NHL revenue.
