The European Para Taekwondo Championship continues in Munich, Germany.
Idman.Biz reports that on the third day of the continental championship, Imamaddin Khalilov, competing in the K44 category in the 70 kg weight class, defeated Poland's Labedzki Przemyslaw in the 1/4 finals and Georgia's Giorgi Nikoladze in the semi-finals to advance to the final.
In the final, I. Khalilov, who lost to Turkish Yusuf Yunaçtı, won the silver medal of the European Championship for the second time in his career.
It should be noted that earlier our parataekwondo athlete Sabir Zeynalov (58 kg) was awarded a silver medal at the continental championship.
