Young Azerbaijani chess player Khaqan Ahmad recorded another international success by fulfilling his second Grandmaster (GM) norm.
Idman.Biz reports that our chess player achieved this result at the "Atyrau Masters 2026" international tournament held in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
Having collected six points from nine games, Khaqan Ahmad achieved five wins, drew twice, and lost twice. He finished in sixth place in the final standings of the tournament.
