Israfil Ashurli, a well-known Azerbaijani mountaineer and Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Mountaineering Federation, has achieved another magnificent success.
Idman.Biz reports that he climbed Mount Annapurna (8091 meters), considered one of the most difficult and dangerous peaks in the world, without using oxygen tanks.
This peak, ranked 10th in the world in terms of altitude above sea level, is considered one of the points with the highest mortality risk for climbers. Ashurli's conquest is not just a sporting achievement, but also a demonstration of great will and incredible physical strength.

It should be noted that Israfil Ashurli has also gone down in history as the first Azerbaijani mountaineer to conquer Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world, Antarctica, and the North Pole.
