On the final day of the VI Islamic Solidarity Games, held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijani athletes will compete in three different sports. Sport24.az reports that Amirkhan Guluzade (77 kg) and Magsudkhan Guluzade (62 kg) will try to be among the medalists in Jiu-Jitsu.
Zahra Dadashova (61 kg) and Jeyhun Mahmudov (59 kg) will compete in Para Powerlifting.
Freestyle wrestlers Aganazar Novruzov (74 kg), Arseniy Djioyev (86 kg), Magomedkhan Magomedov (97 kg) and Giorgi Meshvildishvili (125 kg) will compete on the mat.
It should be noted that the Islamic Games will end today. Azerbaijan is in 10th place in the medal standings with 55 awards (8 gold, 18 silver, 29 bronze).
