The 3rd meeting of the Organizing Committee for the III CIS Games was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov.
Idman.biz reports that presentations on the preparations for the Games by the Baku City Circuit Operations Company under the Ministry of Youth and Sports were heard at the event.
At the same time, information was provided on the work done in the areas of airport operations, transport, security, uniforms, accreditation, branding, events, awarding, ticketing system, logistics, catering services, cleaning and waste management; administrative affairs, human resources and workforce, the III CIS Games volunteer program, venue management, media services and communications, information technology and broadcasting, sports operations, preparation for opening and closing ceremonies, and preparation of sports facilities for the Games.
