The Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation (ACRF) will hold an event at the federation's building on November 9. Sport24.az reports that the event will celebrate the anniversary of the memorandum signed with "Deep Dive", China's largest water sports organization, during the "Row in Clean Water" campaign held in Baku on the eve of COP29 last year.
"Deep Dive" manages 22 water sports centers in 13 cities in China. The aim of the cooperation is to promote rowing sports in Azerbaijan and China, promote a healthy lifestyle and protect clean water basins.
In addition, representatives of the Global Canal Rowing Federation will depart from Baku to Brazil in connection with the COP30 event, and the continuation of the action will be held there.
The event will also present the results achieved by Azerbaijani rowers in local and international competitions in 2025. After the press conference, the Baku and Mingachevir teams will perform exemplary performances in the Caspian Sea.
