According to the source, the London club has taken the lead in the race to sign the 25-year-old striker, overtaking Newcastle. Monaco is open to negotiations about the sale of the US national team player.
Last season, Balogun played in 43 games in all tournaments, scoring 19 goals and making five assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 50 million euros.
