An official belt exam was held on May 3 at the Gazakh Olympic Sports Complex, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation. 115 judokas representing the Western region participated in this trial stage.
Idman.Biz reports that athletes demonstrated their technical skills according to their age groups for white-yellow, yellow, orange, green, blue, and brown belt levels. Judokas who successfully passed the exam were awarded corresponding belts and certificates.
Belt exams help athletes master techniques more systematically and comprehensively, and also serve to increase their motivation. It should be noted that this stage is considered one of the important conditions for participating in prestigious domestic competitions in the future.
