Three Azerbaijani judokas have taken the lead in the European Judo Union (EJU) ranking. According to Sport24.az, Zelim Tckaev (81 kg), Eljan Hajiyev (90 kg) and Zelim Kotsoev (100 kg) are in the first place in the continental ranking.
In the world ranking, the first two judokas are second, and Olympic champion Kotsoev is fourth.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned judokas distinguished themselves at the World Championships held in Budapest. Tckaev and Hajiyev won bronze medals, and Kotsoev won silver.
