Azerbaijan's youth judo team is participating in an international training camp held in Istanbul, Turkey. Our country joined this preparation process, which is carried out by the European Judo Union (EJU), with a large delegation.
Idman.Biz reports that a total of 45 of our judokas (33 boys and 12 girls) are testing their strength in the training camp.
The team is led by Rustam Alimli, the head coach of the young men's team, coach Elkhan Rajabli, and Sasha Herkenrat-Vimar, the senior coach of the women's team.
The training, which aims to prepare for the upcoming prestigious competitions, will end on May 6.
