A "nage-no-kata" seminar was held within the framework of the Judo coaching certification program of the International Judo Federation (IJF) Academy.
Idman.biz reports that the seminar was held under the leadership of Slaviša Bradić, Education Director of the IJF Academy and Head Kata Commissioner of the European Judo Union.
During the training, the participants were given a detailed explanation of the theoretical foundations, technical execution rules and teaching methodology of "nage-no-kata". In practical exercises, coaches performed movement sequences, receiving recommendations on increasing technical accuracy and eliminating difficulties encountered in kata training.
