UFC, the world's most prestigious mixed martial arts organization, is returning to Baku. The "UFC Fight Night" tournament, which will be held in our capital on June 27, promises unforgettable moments for sports fans.
İdman.Biz reports that the main fight card of the tournament includes matches that Azerbaijani fans are eagerly awaiting. In the lightweight category, there will be a tense fight between Rafael Fiziev and Manuel Torres, Shara Magomedov and Michel Pereira.
Also, our other representative, Nazim Sadikhov, will face his Brazilian opponent Kauye Kamilo in the lightweight division.
In the middleweight category, Ikram Aliskerov will face Brunno Ferreira. In other notable fights, Asu Almabayev will test his strength against Charles Johnson, and Abusupyan Magomedov against Michal Oleksiejczuk.
As part of the tournament, fights between Rizvan Kuniev and Tyrell Fortune in the heavyweight division, as well as between Turkish representative Ibrahim Yahyayev and Julius Walker in the light heavyweight division, are also included in the program.
The initial matches called "Prelims" will start at 17:00, and the main fights will start at 20:00.
