Azerbaijani kata experts participated in the Kodokan seminar held in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Idman.Biz reports that a team consisting of Ismayil Rzayev, Rafig Najafov, Ibrahim Aslanov, and Samir Ismayilov underwent training in koshiki-no-kata and itsutsu-no-kata within the framework of the seminar. The training process was led by Kodokan specialists Yoshiharu Makishi and Kenichi Shohida.
At the end of the seminar, our kata experts successfully completed the itsutsu-no-kata exam and were awarded Kodokan certificates.
It should be noted that these katas are considered programs designed primarily for high-dan judokas, requiring high technical preparation and extensive experience.
