The results of the elections to various committees of the European Taekwondo Union (ETU) have been announced. Sport24.az reports that the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation, Aygul Abdullayeva, has been appointed as a member of the Referees Committee, and the press secretary of the ATF, Aysel Sultanova, has been appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Media Committee by the President of the organization, Sakis Pragalos.
The inclusion of both representatives, nominated by the ATF, in the ETU committees is an indicator of the trust shown in Azerbaijani taekwondo.
The appointments will be valid until the meeting of the ETU General Assembly in 2027.
