The mini-football tournament among state institutions, dedicated to the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, is being held for the fourth time.
According to Idman.Biz, this was stated by Orkhan Mammadov, the president of the Azerbaijan Mini-Football Federation.
A friendly match between the Milli Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers teams also took place in the competition. Mammadov participated in the game as part of the "Government" team.
"There was a fantastic atmosphere. As you can see, sports fans and representatives of the football community are here. The game was tense and ended in a 6:6 draw. The most important thing here is the fans and the spirit of football," said Mammadov.
He added that an equally interesting competition awaits in the final of the tournament.
