The minifootball championship among the agencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was held at the open-air stadium of the Ministry's Sports and Health Club from May 18 to 22, 2026.
Lent.az reports that about 130 employees from 12 teams of the MES Apparatus and its agencies participated in the championship. The chief referee of the championship was Rasim Alizadeh. The competitions ended on May 22 and the awarding ceremony was held.

He talked about the persistent struggle and achievements of the Ministry's athletes in various competitions. Then he congratulated the teams that took places in the championship and wished them success in future competitions.
It should be noted that in the match for the 3rd place in the five-day championship, the team of Civil Defense Forces defeated the team of Baku Regional Center (BRM) and won the bronze medal of the championship. In the final, the team of the State Fire Protection Service (DYMX) faced the team of the Special Risky Rescue Service (XRXX). The XRXX team, which won with a score of 4:1, won the title of champion of the competition.
The best goalkeeper in the championship was Farid Agayev (XRXX), the player who scored the most goals was Elvin Shukurov (XRXX), and the most persistent team was the team of Baku Regional Center.
In the end, the winners were awarded with cups, diplomas and medals. Rasim Alizadeh, Fagan Shahbazov, Azad Lalayev and Nihat Amirli were awarded honorary diplomas for their refereeing services in the championship, and employees of the MES Medical Service were awarded honorary diplomas for their medical services.
