Fuad Rzayev, the new head coach of the "Neftçi" FC futsal club, considers himself happy to have joined the capital's representative.
İdman.biz reports that the specialist himself stated this in an interview with "Report."
He said that he has a great responsibility: "I have a great responsibility because I have been appointed head coach of this club. "Neftçi" is a historical team of Azerbaijan. When a person receives an offer from this team, they should accept it without hesitation. Professional people represent the current "Neftçi" leadership. It will be very interesting to work with them. Because the management knows what they want and they have goals."
F.Rzayev emphasized that new players are being recruited to the team: "We are working on attracting local and foreign players to the squad. Of course, it may take some time to get the effect we want. The scarcity of local players in the country makes our job difficult. However, thanks to the support of the management, legionnaire futsal players have been invited to the club. We aim to become champions. The name of "Neftçi" should be at the highest levels."
It should be noted that Fuad Rzayev replaced Ilkin Hajiyev as head coach. "Neftçi" FC finished last season of the Azerbaijan Premier League in third place with 43 points.
