Sir Stirling Moss, the legendary Formula 1 driver who died in April 2020 at the age of 90, bequeathed a large portion of his fortune to his third wife, Lady Susie.
İdman.Biz reports that as of 2023, a dispute has arisen among his children over the inheritance.
According to The Sun, the pilot's daughter, Allison Bradley, has filed a lawsuit in the High Court against her brother, chef Elliot Moss, seeking a larger share.
According to the initial division, 75% of the inheritance was to go to Moss's 44-year-old son, Elliott, and the remaining 25% to his 57-year-old daughter, Allison. However, Lady Susie's will has caused a legal battle between the heirs.
Court documents confirm that Moss's estate is worth $28,924,800 (excluding US assets). Among the pilot's personal wishes are gifts for friends, model cars and even a silver rabbit's foot talisman, as well as $1,310 for dinner at "Joe's Stone Crab" restaurant in Miami Beach for his agent and her husband.
