"Haas" team driver Oliver Bearman, who competes in the Formula 1 World Championship, can score points at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Idman.biz reports with reference to "Report" that the British driver, who finished the second free practice in fifth place yesterday, made a statement about this.
He said they were able to compete well:
"We felt some shortcomings in the first test run. In the next one, we improved them and showed that we are in the fight."
He also emphasized that they can achieve good results in the race in Baku:
"It is possible to score points. There is a very intense fight in the middle ranks. The most important thing is to complete the qualifying tour without mistakes and find the pace in the main race."
It should be noted that the third free practice and qualifying tour will be held today at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix of Formula 1. The main race will take place on September 21.
