Formula 1 boss Stefano Domenicali has not ruled out shortening the distance in main races. Sport24.az reports that this distance is currently close to 300 km.
"Existing races may seem too long for younger viewers. We see that the highlights are more popular on many of our channels. Everything is great for those who grew up with the current format, but there is a significant portion of viewers who only want to see the highlights.
Everything is going well right now, but that's precisely why we shouldn't rest on our laurels. We need to think about the next step," said Domenicali.
