"Formula 1" has attracted the world's attention to Azerbaijan.
İdman.biz reports that these words were said by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Azerbaijan, Julien de Frepon, in his statement to AZERTAC while talking about the "Formula 1" event.
The Ambassador noted that holding such an international event in Azerbaijan is of great importance both in terms of tourism and economic development: "This race strengthens Azerbaijan's image in the international arena and creates new opportunities in the field of sports. It should also be noted that Formula 1 is a source of inspiration for the younger generation."
Julien de Frepon also expressed his satisfaction with the organizational level of the event.
It should be noted that the "Formula 1" Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be held on September 19-21.
