The 2025/2026 season of the AFFA U-14 League has come to an end. Sport24.az reports that the match for third place and the final match were held at the Bina stadium.
In the match for the bronze medal, "Ulduz" team won 4:2 over "Turan Tovuz" and finished the competition in third place.
Then, in the final match, "Qarabağ" and "Sabah" teams faced each other. The main and extra time of the match ended with a score of 1:1. "Sabah" became the champion, beating its opponent 4:2 in the penalty shootout. "Qarabağ" won silver medals.
After the games, "Ulduz" was awarded with bronze, "Qarabağ" with silver medals, and "Sabah" with gold medal and cup. Also, individual award winners were determined. Yusif Agayev ("Sabah"), who scored 74 goals, won the title of the most productive football player of the league. Siraj Guluzade, the goalkeeper of "Qarabağ", was selected as the best goalkeeper of the season, and Ravan Rustamov, a member of "Sabah", was selected as the best football player.
The awards were presented by Elchin Mammadov, Deputy Secretary General of AFFA, and Ilgar Gurbanov, Director of the A national team.
