"Roma" has activated the clause to permanently transfer "Aston Villa" striker Donyell Malen. Sport24.az reports that the capital club will pay 25 million euros for the 27-year-old Dutchman.
The clause was automatically activated because "Roma" qualified for European competitions. Malen was loaned to the "Wolves" in January.
He scored 13 goals and provided two assists in 16 Serie A matches. "Roma" is in fifth place in Serie A after 36 matches.
The Netherlands international previously played for Borussia (Dortmund) and PSV. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is 35 million euros.
