Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski has etched his name into the tournament's history by scoring against Newcastle (7-2) in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16. Sport24.az reports that with this goal, the Polish forward has set a new record by disappointing his 41st different team in the prestigious tournament.
The previous record holder was Lionel Messi, who scored against 40 teams.
It should be noted that the Polish footballer has played a total of 142 Champions League matches and scored 109 goals.
