The transfer ban imposed on Neftchi football club by FIFA is expected to be lifted in the coming days.
This was reported by the club's press service in response to a request from İdman.Biz.
It was stated that when the transfer payment is delayed, the relevant FIFA portal automatically puts the club on the red list and a transfer ban is imposed:
"This is a common issue in world practice. After the main obligations are fulfilled, the ban is automatically lifted. The payment has already been made by us. After the other party confirms this, the transfer ban will be lifted within a maximum of 3-5 days.
There is no reason to worry, the club has no debt obligations. There was a delay in one payment due to technical reasons, and this issue has already been resolved. Our fans should not worry".
