The next meeting of the AFFA Appeal Arbitration Tribunal was held.
İdman.Biz reports with reference to the official website of the organization that the appeal complaints of "Neftchi" and "Chinar" (Ganja) clubs were considered at the meeting.
The Tribunal did not satisfy the complaint of either club and upheld the previous decisions of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee.
According to the decision, the decision on a fine of 15,000 manats applied to the club for displaying an insulting banner by the fans of the capital representative in the "Neftchi" - "Turan Tovuz" match held in the 23rd round of the Azerbaijan Premier League was not changed.
In addition, the appeal of "Chinar" (Ganja) club, which plays in the U-13 League, was also not satisfied. It was reported that the club participated in the games with the participation of four football players registered during the non-active period of the transfer window. For this reason, the results of the matches against "Yasamal" (Shamkir) and "Goshgar" (Ganja) teams were canceled, and the decision to give "Chinar" a technical defeat with a score of 0:3 for both matches was upheld.
The parties were informed that they have the right to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne (Switzerland) regarding both decisions.
