Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala has spoken about his current level and recovery process after an injury.
Idman.Biz reports that the 23-year-old footballer said that he still needs time to fully return to his previous rhythm. Musiala said that he considers it normal to have good and bad stretches of play.
"I think I've had good times and not so good times. That's perfectly normal. It's very good that I can get back into rhythm and into the team. I am already very happy with what I have achieved. But I know that I can still take steps forward. I also know what is missing compared to last season," he said.
Musiala also emphasized that he received support from many people during the recovery process. According to him, even if everyone gives advice, the footballer must ultimately choose his own path:
"Patience is the most important thing. On the other hand, it is very difficult to remain patient. Because I want to get back to my previous level as soon as possible. But that takes time."
It should be noted that Musiala suffered a serious injury last year in the Club World Cup match against PSG. In that match, after a collision with Gianluigi Donnarumma, he suffered a fractured fibula and an ankle injury.
