"It was an interesting game. Our games with "Neftchi" are derbies. There is always a tense match." Sport24.az reports that these words were said by "Qarabagh" football player Musa Qurbanli in a statement to journalists.
The striker shared his thoughts on the game in the 29th round, in which they defeated "Neftchi" with a score of 5:1:
"The fans in the stadium were great. The atmosphere was beautiful. I thank our fans for their support. It was a high-scoring, interesting game. It was an interesting match for both us and the spectators."
Qurbanli also touched on his double in the meeting:
"Thank God it turned out that way. Scoring in a derby gives a special joy. That's why I prepared for the match very motivated. I am happy that I score goals, give productive passes, and be useful to my team. But we must not stop. We have another game against "Neftchi" in four days. We must not relax, we must prepare seriously."
The forward emphasized that they are trying to do their job:
