World football legend Lionel Messi celebrated another milestone in his career. The 38-year-old forward played his 100th official match for Inter Miami.
İdman.Biz reports that Messi, facing Orlando City in the Florida derby, marked his jubilee night with a goal and an assist. However, his performance was not enough for victory, and Inter Miami lost to their opponent with a score of 3:4.

Nevertheless, Messi's first 100 games in the USA surpassed his first 100-game indicators for both goals and assists in Barcelona and the Argentina national team. The experienced forward scored 86 goals and provided 45 assists in 100 appearances for Inter Miami. For comparison, he scored 41 goals in his first 100 games for Barcelona and 46 for the Argentina national team.

Messi's successes in the USA are not limited to individual achievements. He led his team to the first three trophies in its history - the Leagues Cup in 2023, the Supporters Shield in 2024, and the MLS Cup in 2025. The star football player, who could not win a title in his first 100 games with the Argentine national team, won two La Liga titles, one Champions League, and one Spanish Super Cup during the same period in Barcelona.
