The "Maktəbli Kuboku" tournament has been launched in Shirvan within the framework of cooperation between AFFA and the State Agency for Preschool and General Education of the Ministry of Science and Education.
İdman.Biz reports with reference to the official website of AFFA that the first games were held after the opening ceremony.
In total, 36 teams from 14 schools will test their strength in the competition, including 7th grade boys, 5th grade boys and girls.
After the internal championship is over, the champion team in each of the three groups will represent the district in regional competitions - Regional finals.
It should be noted that the main goal in organizing the "Maktəbli Kuboku" tournament is to increase the mass character of football among schoolchildren, promote a healthy lifestyle and contribute to the formation of team spirit in children. Within the framework of the project, competitions will be held between schools in all regions of the country, and the winners will compete in the national championship.
