"Sabah" footballer Khayal Aliyev has not been offered a new contract.
The 22-year-old midfielder himself stated this.
The member of the Azerbaijan national team reacted to the question about his future career as follows.
"I have no information about the offers. I am unaware of them because my manager is dealing with them. "Sabah" has not yet offered a new contract," he said in a statement to futbolinfo.az.
Aliyev also shared his impressions of winning the Azerbaijan Cup:
"We are very happy to have won the Azerbaijan Cup for the second time in a row. God willing, we will be the winners again next year. We believe that our success will be continuous. We are also very happy to have achieved the 'golden double'."
He also spoke about upcoming goals: "We will go to the Champions League. We are thinking of reaching the group stage and competing there."
It should be noted that Khayal Aliyev has been playing for the main team of "Sabah" since 2024. His current contract will expire at the end of the next season.
