Benfica coach Jose Mourinho spoke about his daily routine on Benfica FM live.
Lent.az presents his statements with reference to foreign media.
"The bed at home is very comfortable. It's easy to be here, wake up, and get to work in two minutes. The rush starts early, but it's important to start preparing for game day. I like to sleep at home when my family is in London; this makes it easier to communicate with other football families.
My real house is 15 minutes away, no traffic. You just have to go down the stairs or take the elevator. I go to bed late and can't fall asleep without talking to my family, watching a movie or an episode of a series. I suffer when the alarm clock rings in the morning. It's a moment of torment. I'm getting to a point where I can't stay in bed anymore. That's enough.
Everything is organized a day in advance. This is a fantastic group, both professionally and personally. I don't want to say that this is the best group I've had in 25 years, because that would be an insult to other fantastic groups. But this is one of the best groups.
We don't go out until everything is ready. I love going to work, seeing who comes early or late, how things are going on the field, holding meetings with the medical department, and starting to speed up the process."
