"Inter" will extend the contract with head coach Cristian Chivu. Sport24.az reports with reference to insider Fabrizio Romano that the specialist will sign a new long-term contract with the Milan club. The source reports that the contract will be announced before the end of May.
It is reported that the new contract between "Inter" and Chivu will be valid until the summer of 2028. This also includes an extension option until 2029. The Romanian coach took over the "helm" of "Inter" before the start of the current season, and in his first year his team became the Italian champion and won the national cup.
Cristian Chivu is a former "Inter" player. As a coach, he has worked in all of the club's youth teams. His first club as head coach was "Parma."
