The referee appointments for the qualifying match of DÇ-2026 between the Azerbaijan national team and the Ukrainian national team in Baku have been announced. Sport24.az reports that the match has been assigned to referees from Greece.
Chief referee Vassilis Fotias will be assisted by linesmen Andreas Meintanas and Michail Papadakis. The fourth referee will be Anastasios Papapetrou.
Angelos Evangelou will be in VAR, and Ioannis Papadopoulos in AVAR.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan-Ukraine match will take place on September 9 at 20:00 at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium.
