Elchin Mammadov, Deputy Secretary General of AFFA, has become one of the 4 people with the highest scores in the "UEFA Diploma in Football and Leadership Management" (DFLM) education program organized jointly by the UEFA Academy and the University of Lausanne.
İdman.biz reports that the official of the organization himself informed "Report" about this.
He noted that the project is reflected in AFFA's strategy: "The education program is jointly organized by the UEFA Academy and the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and is called "UEFA Diploma in Football and Leadership Management". The program started in January and ended in August. The program included both online modules and face-to-face meetings. The project is intended for executives working in federations, clubs and other sports organizations. We had training on the preparation of the project. Each organization, participant presented their project. The program should be in line with the strategic goals of the organization represented by the participant. I also came up with such a project. I can't give the details, but it was one of the projects reflected in AFFA's strategy. There were 24 participants from different countries in the program. I was one of the 4 people with the highest scores."
Mammadov emphasized that the program is very useful: "The teachers were truly world-renowned experts. The first module was about the conceptualization of the project. Then its planning and presentation were carried out. The third module was about negotiations. When we presented our projects, they explained to us how to negotiate with interested parties and other organizations. The fourth was about leadership qualities during execution. I wrote, prepared and successfully defended the project based on these four modules. It's a very useful program. I was very pleased to get a high score. I hope that the project I am working on will be beneficial for AFFA and we will be able to successfully implement it in the coming years."
