– I congratulate my team on the victory. It was a well-deserved three points. We played modern football today. We worked on this game in training and saw what we wanted on the field. We managed to create difficulties for the opponent. We were the dominant side and forced Kapaz to make mistakes. This is the requirement of modern football. We won a well-deserved victory.

– There is no motivation left in terms of the standings. How do you prepare the players for the game?

– We are out of European Cups. We saw our demands from the players today. It is clear that we fell behind in the standings due to successive defeats. I always tell the players that every game is a chance. We have one match left. There is no need for extra motivation, they also understand that every match is an opportunity. I think the players understood our wishes and were able to show themselves. Football is a game of struggle. Every player must fight until the last moment.

– How do you motivate yourself? Your fate in the club is also uncertain.

– I couldn't have a good season. The team is a ship and there is a collective here. Whatever decision the management makes, it will be.
