Cristian Chivu has been appointed head coach of "Inter", who lost in the final of the last season's Champions League.
Idman.biz reports that an official statement has been released by the Milan club.
A contract has been signed with the Romanian specialist until July 2027. The 44-year-old Kivu was appointed head coach of Parma in February 2025. Under his leadership, the team played 13 games in the Italian championship, winning 3 times, losing 3 times and drawing 7 times.
It should be noted that Kivu played for Inter from 2007-2014 as a football player. From 2018-2024, he coached the Nerazzurri youth teams.
