"Chelsea" has announced the transfer of Sheffield Wednesday's left-back, Yisa Alao.
Idman.Biz reports, citing the club's official website, that the 17-year-old has signed a contract with the "Blues" until 2028.
Alao came through the Sheffield Wednesday academy and made his debut for the "Owls" first team last August. Since then, he has made four more appearances, including a start in the recent FA Cup game against Brentford and a Championship match against Portsmouth.
The value of the contract is approximately £500,000 (€575,000). However, if all conditions are met, the contract could exceed £1 million (€1.15 million).
After 23 games, the London club is in fifth place in the league table with 37 points. The gap to leaders "Arsenal" is 13 points.
