Manchester United players believe that the team's midfielder and captain, Bruno Fernandes, may leave the club soon. They came to this conclusion after Fernandes' interview last summer, in which he stated he was disappointed that the club wanted to sell him.
According to Idman.Biz, citing TalkSPORT, the 31-year-old's contract has a clause allowing foreign clubs to buy him for £57 million (€64.9 million) this summer. Bayern remains a big fan of the Portuguese midfielder.
This season, Fernandes has made 17 appearances in all competitions, scoring five goals and providing seven assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027.
According to the Transfermarkt portal, the player's market value is 40 million euros.
