The Azerbaijan national women's under-19 football team played its first match in the qualifying round of the European Championship.
Idman.Biz reports that the team, which is in Group V of League B, faced the Slovenian team of the corresponding age group in Strumitsa, North Macedonia.
The match held at the "Kukus" stadium ended with a 2:0 victory for the opponent.
It should be noted that the U-19 group will play its next match against the North Macedonian team on November 28.
