Azerbaijan's U-16 women's national team played its first match in the UEFA Development Tournament held in Baku. Sport24.az reports that our national team faced the corresponding age group team from Lithuania.
The match, which took place at the Bina Stadium, ended with a 4:1 victory for the opposing team. Khadija Rahimova scored the goal for our team from a penalty in the 25th minute.
In the other match of the day, the Romanian team defeated the Georgian team with a score of 2:0. It should be noted that U-16 will play its next game against the Romanian team on May 8.
