The Azerbaijan national football team will play its next friendly match today. Sport24.az reports that the team, coached by Fernando Santos, will face Latvia in Riga.
The match, which will start at 17:00 Baku time, will be officiated by Maltese referee Farruca Cann Trustin.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team will also play a friendly match against Hungary in Baku on June 10. This will be the team's last preparation match for DÇ-2026. The Azerbaijani national team lost both of its previous friendly matches this year - against Haiti (0:3) and Belarus (0:2).
