I congratulate "Sabah" on their championship. May they represent Azerbaijan well in Europe, if God wills. As for the game, we faced a team like "Sabah". They hadn't lost in 22 games. In many matches, they had decided the fate of the game in the first half. Today, we were a bit lucky. We thank Yusif Imanov for playing one of his best games. We thought that "Sabah" would make changes because they have a game in 5 days. Thankfully, what we planned happened. I congratulate my team on the victory. I am grateful to every player. I thank the fans who came from Ganja again.

He also answered journalists' questions:
- You have a team that has defeated two champions in one season. But you lost to an outsider. How do you explain this?
- If you notice, we cannot make major changes in the squad. When you play with 12-13 people in the championship, there will be a decline. There is also a physical and psychological side. The worst thing was that when we made changes, we could not strengthen the game. In the 4 games we lost, it happened that there were no players in the squad. When we rotate, 4-5 zones suddenly weaken. Football people understand this, but it is understandable that fans look at it completely differently. They get upset when they see a decline during the team's rise.
