Seymur Salimli, Head of the AFFA Licensing and Registration Department, and Sarkhan Huseynov, coach-coordinator, visited the Ganja and "Turan Tovuz" football academies representing the Western region.
İdman.Biz reports with reference to the official website of AFFA that the purpose of the visit, which took place within the framework of the Needs Analysis and Support process for the Development of Academies for the Licensing of Clubs, was to assess the current situation in the academies, check compliance with licensing requirements and identify development directions.
During the meetings, the activities of the coaching staff and medical personnel, the current state of the infrastructure and the organization of training processes in all age groups were investigated on the spot, and relevant recommendations were provided for improvement. During extensive discussions with the academy management, the development model, optimization of the internal structure and priority directions for the training of talented football players were evaluated. Separate meetings were organized with medical, goalkeeper and physical training specialists to analyze the health indicators of football players, professional training standards and applied methodologies.
During the inspection of infrastructure facilities, the current potential of the clubs was recorded, and current opportunities for the transition to a new stage of development were assessed. Discussions with the SMM and legal teams focused on strengthening social projects and increasing the effectiveness of public activities.
The opinions and suggestions of the clubs were registered by AFFA.
