The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has punished the president of the "Sumgayit" club, Raid Rafiyev, and the team's head coach, Sasha Ilic.
Idman.Biz reports that the decision was made at a meeting of the organization.
Riad Rafiyev received a five-match ban, two of which are conditional, for entering the referees' room after the 30th round of the Premier League match against "Kapaz". The club also suffered a loss of 5,000 manats.
Head coach Sasha Ilic will miss the next two games for receiving a direct red card for protesting the referee's decision. "Sumgayit" was fined 5,000 manats for the Serbian specialist's behavior.
It should be noted that the "Kapaz" - "Sumgayit" match ended with a 2:1 victory for the Ganja club.
